An elegant appetizer selection perfect for mixing and mingling.

The following appetizers are served.

Mixed Seafood Crostini: Toasted sfilatino baguette served with assorted toppings – smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers, and dill; grilled prawn with goat cheese, red onions, and cocktail aioli; seared Ahi tuna with cucumber, cream cheese, and wasabi caviar.

Fig with Prosciutto: Sun-dried figs wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with gorgonzola cream and a toasted walnut.

Eggplant with Goat Cheese: Grilled eggplant stuffed with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and basil.

Stuffed Strawberries: Strawberries filled with herbs and Boursin cheese

Assorted Pizzas: Bite-sized assorted pizzas.

Mushrooms with Mortadella: Baked mushroom caps stuffed with mortadella, mozarella, parmesan, garlic, and chopped parsley.

Stuffed Zucchini: Zucchini stuffed with Italian sausage, ricotta, and parmesan garnished with fresh sage leaves and chopped tomato.

Chicken Curry: Roasted chicken, raisins, pine nuts, pineapple, and curry baked in phyllo dough.

Polenta and Gorgonzola Pastry: Polenta baskets stuffed with gorgonzola, walnuts, and truffled honey.

The following appetizer is stationed.

Imported and Local Cheeses: Boursin, Bell Paese, Brie, Reggiano, Drunken Goat, Manchego, and Baby Gouda served with crackers, baguettes, and grapes.

Approximately $61.75 per person plus tax.

Minimum of 33 people. Guaranteed 15 pieces per person.
