This appetizer selection is considered a meal replacement. It is elegant, grand appetizer selection perfect for mixing and mingling.

ANTIPASTO STATION: Italian antipasto display with mild coppa, mortadella, brasaola, parma prosciutto, artichokes, and olives served with panini.

PIZZA STATION: Assorted pizzette focaccia served with assorted toppings – Italian sausage, roasted peppers, mushrooms, imported cheeses, and garden vegetables.


DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL CHEESE DISPLAY: served with crackers and baguettes.

EGGPLANT WITH GOAT CHEESE: Grilled eggplant stuffed with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and basil.

ENDIVE BOATS WITH SALMON: Belgium endive topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, and fresh dill.

ASSORTED CROSTINI: Seeded baguette toasted with extra virgin olive oil and garlic served with assorted toppings – brie and roasted garlic clove, black olive tapenade, roasted bell peppers.

BACON PRAWNS: Prawns wrapped in pancetta served with lemon citronette.

This package is $71.95 per person plus tax. This caterer requires a $2,000 minimum food order. This minimum serves 28 guests, guaranteed 15 pieces per person.
